My Philosophy
I like to take the time to get to know you and your unique system and health concerns. Through shared decision-making and individualized medicine, we work to improve your health and resilience.
Our body is a continuum.
We are more connected than separate within our bodies, especially via our connective tissue and nervous system. When there is blockage, disconnection or deficiency, illness can thrive and our vitality diminishes. This often leads to physical, emotional or spiritual suffering. I work with each person to support reconnection to the body, resolution or stabilization of dysfunction, and integration of long term change.
Note: I am not a primary care doctor. I offer adjunctive naturopathic care. I recommend maintaining a relationship with your primary care doctor for your primary care needs. I will gladly collaborate with your other providers.
I found my way to this medicine through my health care experiences as a child, which taught me the importance of honoring the wisdom in each individual. I approach each person as an expert on their own body. As a provider, I provide knowledge, meaning-making, education, and treatment options.
